Alumni Legacy Families
Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» takes great pride in the long-standing tradition it shares with generations of families who consider themselves Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Panthers.
Legacy families are students and alumni whose family, including parents, grandparents and/or siblings, attended or currently attend Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³». The Legacy Family Program recognizes families for their continued generational support and commitment to Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³». Family connections have long been a part of the success of Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» and its students and it is through our alumni families that the heritage of the University passes from generation to generation.

Featured Story
Eickelberg Family
The Eickelberg family’s Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» legacy began in 1951, when Warren Eickelberg joined the biology faculty and went on to shape pre-professional programs, create joint degrees in medicine and dentistry, and secure funding for Swirbul Library. All four of his children became Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» graduates and standout student-athletes, carrying forward his dedication to education, service, and achievement. Today, the third generation continues that tradition, making the Eickelbergs a true embodiment of Panther pride and the recipients of this year’s Legacy Family Spirit Award.
